Q: The website says there only Conference Pass tickets left? Where can I stay?
A: Unfortunately we have sold out of our allocation of rooms at the Hilton. You’ll find some alternative suggestions that are near the Hilton on the website or you could use hotel booking sites like Booking.com and Tablet that have lots of options to suit every budget.

Q: I’ve booked at ticket that includes accommodation, what does that include?
A: Your ticket includes accommodation from Tuesday 9th April, checking out on Friday 12th April. Breakfast is included. Your ticket also gives you access to the conference sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, this includes refreshments and lunch. You also are invited to receptions on Tuesday night and Thursday night. When you register at the conference check in you’ll also get your conference guide and swag.

Q: Is the hotel near the airport:
A: The hotel is 13 miles from the airport. Transfer time by taxi is approximately 25 minutes.

Q. Is parking available at Hilton Prague?
A: Yes, onsite parking is available. Parking cost is 750CZK incl. VAT per day per car.

Q: When can I check in to the hotel?
A: You can check in to the Hilton Prague from 3pm on Tuesday 9th April

Q: Where can I get information and pick up my conference pass?
A: The conference registration and information desk is open:

Q: What time does the conference start:
A: The conference sessions start at the following times:

Q: How can I find out what the conference sessions are?
A: Before you arrive, you’ll be able to find out more information on the Unreal Fest website. When you arrive your conference pack that you will receive when you check in at the conference registration desk will include a conference guide that lists the conference sessions and details of the speakers.

Q: When do I have to wear my conference pass?
A: You will need to wear your conference pass to access the conference sessions, lunch and the receptions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. No exceptions.

Q: Does my conference pass give me access to all sessions in the conference?
A: Your conference pass gives you access to all the sessions In Halls 1, 2 and 3. The sessions in rooms 4 & 5 may be restricted to studios that are approved by the hardware companies hosting the sessions, please check the conference guide for more information

Q: What are the evening receptions on Tuesday and Thursday?
A: On Tuesday we have taken over the Epic nightclub in Prague. It’s your chance to meet your fellow delegates and relax over drinks and food prior to the conference starting on Wednesday. The welcome drinks will run from 7-11pm on Tuesday 9th. You will need your pass to access the reception.

On Thursday the Unreal Fest Party takes place in the ballroom at the Hilton Prague. Once again, our lounge style like last year’s party will include games to play as well as an open bar and lots of great food. The party will run from 8pm-1am. You will need your pass to access the party.

Q: Can I bring my partner or friend to meals or the evening receptions?
A: No, meals and evening receptions are only open to Unreal Fest Europe attendees.

Q: What is happening on Wednesday evening?
A: Wednesday evening is a free night and your chance to explore Prague and enjoy its excellent range of bars, restaurants and night life. A selection of suggested venues will be available in the conference guide and on the website. Just remember, the conference begins again at 9am on Thursday 😊

Q: Is there internet access at Unreal Fest?
A: Yes, WiFi will be available in the conference areas and lobby of the hotel. Login details will be published in the conference guide.

Q: How do I obtain a Letter of Invitation?
A: If you need to apply for a visa to visit Prague and require a Letter of Invitation please email epic@bastion.co.uk for further details.

Q: When do I need to check out?
A: Check out at the hotels is midday on Friday 12th. You will need to vacate your room by then and settle your account for any additional food, drink or services that you ordered while at the hotel.

Q: Is there a code of conduct at Unreal Fest Europe?
A: Yes, there is a Code of Conduct on the website which sets out the Do’s and Don’ts while at Unreal Fest. In short, we ask that you be respectful of others and help to make Unreal fest a welcoming and inclusive event where everyone can learn and thrive in a friendly and fun environment.
