Unreal Fest Europe 2019

Prague April 10-12 2019

Unreal Fest Europe (“Unreal Fest”) is a knowledge share event that is open to everyone. We actively seek participation from anyone within the Unreal community, regardless of gender, gender identity, race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any other status or characteristic.

While at Unreal Fest, we want you to experience a welcoming environment that is inclusive, safe, and friendly; and to that end, we have compiled a code of conduct (“Code”) that lists the Do’s and Don’ts while attending Unreal Fest.

In short, be respectful to others at all times. For greater clarity, we expect every participant at Unreal Fest to abide by the following:

  • Be respectful of others in everything that you do at Unreal Fest.
  • Do what you can to make Unreal Fest a friendly, welcoming, and safe environment.
  • Make the Unreal Fest organisers aware of any harassing, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour, or any other conduct that is in conflict with this Code.
  • Follow the rules and regulations of the Unreal Fest venue.

  • Engage in any form of harassing, abusive, or discriminatory conduct based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, political opinion or any other opinion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other status or characteristic protected under applicable law.
  • Engage in any boisterous, lewd or offensive behaviour or language.
  • Carry any item that can be dangerous to you or others.
  • Eat or drink outside of the designated areas in the Unreal Fest venue.
  • Smoke except in designated areas outside the Unreal Fest venue.
  • Be in possession of or use any illegal substances or unauthorized prescription drugs. Unreal Fest operates a zero tolerance policy towards any such possession or use. Anyone caught in violation of this policy will be removed from Unreal Fest, and we reserve the right to notify the local authorities.

If you fail to comply with any provision of this Code, you may be asked to leave the Unreal Fest without warning or refund.

What to Do If You Witness or Are a Victim of a Code Violation

If you are subjected to any conduct that you believe violates this Code or witness any such conduct, or have any other concerns during the Unreal Fest, please notify an Unreal Fest organiser as soon as possible. All reports will remain completely confidential.

The organisers office is based in the Dublin room on Level L of the Hilton Prague.
